Why buy from S&E Coins?

We know there is a lot of competition out there for buying new bullion products, and here at S&E Coins we know that we have a long way to go to become a trusted and reputable online dealer in precious metals. We from day one aim to please our customers and give them what they want at competitive prices.

If you came here from eBay, our main online sales venue at this point, you may be looking for additional information about our company and what sets us apart. While there are many other sellers to choose from, we want you to know that we enjoy collection coins and bullion as much as you do.

This is why we take great care in our product descriptions and pack all of our individual coins in a hard plastic Air-Tite Holder before shipment. While it may cost a little bit more to deliver our coins this way, the Air-Tite holders offers better protection than a simple plastic bag, stuffed in a first class envelope.

We also feature tough Mylar padded shipping envelopes to mail your coins in, rather than plain envelopes or craft paper type of mailers. Again, this costs us slightly more to deliver your new coins to you in this manner, but we feel it is worth it to provide you with the utmost in satisfaction knowing that your new coin(s) will arrive intact and as fresh as when they left the mint.

Speaking of the mint, we never remove our new coins from the mint tubes until just before shipment. We keep our Mint Tubes sealed during storage (in a controlled environment) and only remove coins from them when they are ready to be mailed. We carefully take each individual coin and place it directly into a hard Air-Tire capsule to prevent even the slightest change of damage or marking. We use cotton gloves and a specialized (non-marking or scratching) tweezers to transport the coin from the tube into the capsule before it is sealed tightly.

We also offer a 7-day money back refund on eBay auctions, which is not an eBay requirement for bullion products due to the volatility of the precious metals market. We know that this could cause us to absorb some market-loss under the right conditions, but again, we want you the customer to feel confident in the products you purchase from us.

We are glad you took the time to stop by and hope you become one of our many satisfied customers!
